Return Policy

Return policy:

Certain products are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. (See ineligible items below)

If there is an issue with the item that is our fault we will ship a new item that is in full working order. If you opt to return we will refund your purchase in full minus the original shipping price. 

If you are simply returning an item that is unwanted or has nothing wrong with it we will apply an additional 15% restocking fee. You will be refunded original purchase price minus the original shipping and 15% restock fee.

Please contact us via our contact page to request a return authorization. We will provide the authorization and return address. 

Ineligible for return items:

Custom products are not eligible for return as they are custom made upon order. This includes items like the picture frame and custom colored smarties guns.
